Memorial Day weekend is here!

My video today addressed a message from an acquaintance who feels that I am picking on fat women. Please everyone, I am not picking on fat women. I am just sharing my journey and what it is like for women like me to get healthy and how hard it is to do things when you are fat. IF anyone feels like that after seeing my videos, I sincerely apologize. I want to inspire other women who are just like me so they can start their own journeys to health!
