Hello everyone! Sure hope all of you are managing in the unbelievable heat we are experiencing! HYDRATE, HYDRATE, HYDRATE! It’s vital to stay hydrated in this extreme heat! However sometimes we forget to do so... here’s my tip, do you own a smart phone? Set a timer to drink at least 6-8 ozs every 2 hours or so! I don’t own a smart phone, but the tablet I am using has a timer set to remind me to drink!! Your body will thank you!

I am adding a new element to this journey, I signed up for Weight Watchers Freestyle last night! Today was my first day grocery shopping with a food points scanner from the app with my tablet! Thank God for free WiFi! I just got home and put my groceries away and now, as I write this, I am eating my 4 point lunch!! Two flatbread roll ups, three slices of thin sliced turkey breast lunch meat on each flatbread and each with a teaspoon of Fage’ 2% Greek yogurt, (I bought the 0% today, but didn’t want to waste the 2% so eating that up first) and lastly a small shake of Janes crazy mixed up seasoning! The flatbread are so filling! I also have a small bowl of 15 cherries which are a “zero point food” yay!! Round off my lunch with a 32oz glass of ice water and BAM!! I did good! I know that some will think that the tracking of food is a waste of time... I did... until my good friend Sandy talked about her wonderful results on WW! Then I monitored their group page and was convinced it could& would work for me!! So here we are!

I don’t do a workout on Saturday or Sunday so I will be on Facebook live on Monday and I always start at 1:30!
