Hi y’all! Whew!!  Boy am I tired!! I was up til 2... trying to respond to ALL the wonderful comments and advice on my post from yesterday! I woke up today and I had to catch up again! I am so grateful and I have to say deeply humbled by all of the comments that were posted to me❤️❤️❤️  I take each one seriously.

There were many of you who said I was an inspiration... who me?? I’m just a midwestern, overweight housewife trying to get healthy after so many, many health issues (recovering from brain surgery) and bad choices in my eating! But in all truth and seriousness, I am not the only inspiration in this group!  WE ARE ALL AN INSPIRATION TO EACH OTHER ❤️❤️❤️. If you find me personally to be an inspiration, I am am humbled and honored to be.🙏🏻❤️

And ALL the advice??? AWESOME!! I copied  all of them, then pasted them in an email and mailed it to myself so I can print the page and add it to my homemade Weight Watchers Freestyle Program folder that I have put together.  Also, I am doing the online only program in case anyone was wondering.

And then there’s the comments that I inject humor in my post! Ladies and Gentlemen, you have no idea just how much I rely on my humor and a goodly amount of sassy and sarcasm to get through my daily life! Really, my family’s always saying I should do a comedy show! LOL!!

I also have the Gift Of Gab (?) so if any of you ever talk with me on the phone, make sure have a prepared excuse to hang up or...🤦🏼‍♀️

ue to you!  Our weight goals may be different, but our wanting a healthier lifestyle brings us together here. We are the biggest group of sisters & brothers on the internet! The Love and Support in this group is phenomenal! Be open to it and it will enrich your experience on Freestyle.  There are NO failures in this group, we don’t fail, WE LEARN!! Remember that when things are not going soo well...WE LEARN! In closing...

I am grateful and humbled to be part of such an amazing group! I learn from every post! I truly feel like a sister to all of you (which is cool cause I’m  an only child)
