So I woke up Saturday morning. My weigh in routine is very simple really.
I use the bathroom. (Because Ounces do matter , LOL!) I set my scale in my kitchen In the same exact spot as before. I have the same clothes on for every weigh in. Then I step on the scale.
-2.4 pounds!! WOO HOO!! My three week total is now 13.8 pounds total loss! You guys, that’s huge!! I am so shocked! We took photos and I have posted them here on the blog!! The first one is me holding the excess material from each pant leg. The second is me with BOTH legs in one pant leg!! YEP!!! That’s both legs in there! Just look at the shock on my face!! I think I actually said “Holy Crap“
If you had told me a year ago, that I could do this program and lose weight, I would have laughed at you! No way did I expect this. Now that doesn’t mean I will keep losing weight each week. There may be times I gain, ( hope not🤞🏻) There May be times I stay the same! But, I will do everything I can to keep this weight loss going and keep it off. My ultimate goal is to get down to 195 pounds. I have 147 pounds left to go! Sounds daunting when you say that, but small and steady is how to do this! It didn’t go on overnight and it won’t come off that way either. I am so Blessed to have a wonderful Support system. Family and Friends who care and keep me accountable! All of you here who follow me on this blog and Facebook. I couldn’t do this without you! Thank you! You don’t know how much this means to me! See you on the next workout!
